The ancient art of belly dancing is beneficial for women of all shapes and sizes.
Desert Rhythms Belly Dance Troupe will teach you how to move sensuously using your hips and arms in ways that will carry through your presence on stage and in life, all choreographed to the latest Arabic music! As an added bonus, we will do some exciting work with veils!
This class promotes a positive body image is appropriate for all women, teens through old adults.
Please wear comfortable attire in which you can move easily.
