A Festival of Contemporary and Experimental Dance – two curated programs with selected artists and performers - reflecting the range, scope and diversity of contemporary dance and related arts.

An annual dance series: summer festival that celebrates, promotes and serves Rochester’s contemporary dance community; maintaining affordable ticket prices and supporting all participating choreographers, companies and collaborating artists.

Dances at MuCCC provides an annual opportunity and an open forum that allows artists to present repertory or new, developing work in a supportive environment. The Festival is inclusive, featuring the work of diverse artists; abstract pieces as well as narratives; ballet, dance theater, and dances derived from cultural traditions.

Participating artists this year include Dances at MuCCC originators, Laurie MacFarlane and Ruben Ornelas, as well as Rochester favorites Katherine Marino, Ethan Beckwith-Cohen, Caitlin Mahon, Joshua Lang, and Anne Harris Wilcox, including stunning new works by myriad Creatives!
