Grey Noise Theatre presents 'Maid Julie''

It is the year of our Lord 1296 in British-occupied Scotland, and it is the feast of Midsummer's Eve. Lady Julie, the beautiful and wild young daughter of the lord of the manor has caused quite a stir at the raucous celebrations by cavorting with the common servants all night long. Most notable is her interest in Ian, a lowly manservant betrothed to the cook, Cairistíona. Ian's rebellious spirit is well-matched to Lady Julie's, and their flirtations turn into a battle of wills as Cairistíona dozes. Who will come out on top as these titans from two vastly disparate social classes wrestle figuratively...and perhaps literally?
