RocHaha Clown Fest is a newly formed, annual festival of contemporary theatrical clowning. Our program embraces clowning in all its forms; multi-disciplinary, wordless, circus-theatre, puppetry/animation, object theatre, mime, live art, and physical theatre.

RocHaha Clown Fest was founded in 2024 by Katherine Marino and Ashley Jones to combine the talents of Rochester’s own burgeoning clown community with award-winning world-renowned clowns and physical theatre makers from across the globe.

We are excited to present our explosively inventive program of subversive, silly visual performance to tempt artists and audiences alike out of their comfort zones.
