WAYO is a free-form, low-power station in Rochester, NY providing diverse and idiosyncratic arts and cultural programming. Radio broadcasting started on January 4, 2016. Its signal range covers a large part of city of Rochester and inner ring suburbs. The broadcast is also available online on this website as well as on the TuneIn Radio app.

 

WAYO operates as a 501(c)3 under the auspices of the Multi-use Community Cultural Center (MuCCC). The MuCCC is a venue for live performance with a special focus on race, gender, ethnicity, and underserved performing artists in the Rochester community.
